BUYING REAL ESTATE
Agent's fee in propertz buying (collected from buzer) 2 min - 3 max %

FEE
is collected from buyer in cases when it has already been negotiated or when the agent has received a written or verbal direction to find a property of interest to the buyer

EXCHANGE
In cases of exchange of properties, the fee is collected from both exchange parties. The peercentage of the fee is based on value of each property achieved by each party to the exchange: 2 min - 3 max%
